My name is Ilse Hoenson. I am a Dutch photographer based on the border between the Netherlands and Belgium, near Lommel.
I'm a typically tall Dutchie that you’ll usually find somewhere between a flying bike and a cloud of dirt with a camera in my hand.
With over 20 years of racing experience myself, I know what it feels like to chase speed and eat dust. But in the end, the camera won over the dirtbike. So since the beginning of 2025, I started to be more serious with photography.
That moment when everything lines up at the starting gate, that's what I live for.
